§ 01 / Overview

A personal fitness trainer was tracking clients, workout programs, and results in Excel, a system that worked at first but couldn't scale. We eliminated the manual work holding the business back, built a lightweight tool with analytics that turn client data into actionable insights, and laid the groundwork for AI-powered features like auto-generated training plans, starting where AI actually moves the needle.

§ 02 / Challenge

What was getting in the way.

Client data lived in Excel files with no structure for tracking progress over time. Manual data entry consumed hours every month that could have been spent coaching, which is exactly the kind of repetitive work that slows a small team down. There was no easy way to generate training plans from historical data, share materials with clients, or get a data-driven picture of each client's trajectory. The trainer knew AI could help but wasn't sure where to start.

§ 03 / Solution

What we actually shipped.

We assessed the trainer's data, tools, and workflows to identify where automation and AI would have the most impact. Then we built a lightweight serverless application on AWS, purpose-built for the trainer's workflow and designed to stay cost-efficient as the client base grows. The platform automates client intake and progress tracking, provides analytics dashboards for monitoring trends and outcomes, and delivers a clean interface for generating and sharing program materials. The architecture includes a proof-of-concept foundation for AI-generated training plans and a future client self-service portal, validated against real use cases before investing further.

Residential Construction

A regional residential contractor was running Discovery, Design, Build, and Deliver across spreadsheets, email threads, and a patchwork of tools, with no shared source of truth and no reliable way to measure project health. We started with a data-maturity assessment and a prioritized roadmap, then built a serverless platform on AWS that manages the full lifecycle end-to-end: operational dashboards tied to real KPIs, AI-powered document review running in production, and purpose-built workflows for project managers, customers, and trade partners.

We're partnering with the program owner to design and build a custom native iOS app that consolidates the program onto one surface coaches, parents, and players actually use, purpose-built for how this program operates and architected as a foundation for AI-powered capabilities that will compound value as the program scales.
