Our background is enterprise data and AI consulting, helping organizations modernize platforms, design architecture, and unlock value from their data. Two ways: a fixed-fee project or a monthly retainer. On fixed-fee work, scope is set in discovery and the price is agreed before the build starts, so there are no hourly invoices and no surprise bills. Retainers are a flat monthly amount for ongoing advisory and build capacity. After go-live, support comes in three partnership levels.

Yours. Everything we build is deployed into your own AWS account, so the software, the AI, the data, the accounts, and the IP belong to you from day one. We would love to keep earning the partnership by delivering value over time, but you can end the engagement whenever you want and keep it all running.

It varies. Cost is driven by the solution design, the components used, and your data volume, so we estimate it before we build and show you the numbers. Minimizing what you pay to run it is part of the job: pay-per-use services where they fit, the fewest components that do the work, and ongoing tuning. AWS bills your account directly, at cost.

Discovery is 3–4 weeks. A dashboard project runs 3–6 weeks, an AI proof of concept 4–8 weeks, and a full platform build 8–16 weeks. We work in two-week sprints, so you see progress the whole way through.

NDAs and data processing agreements before we touch a system. Least-privilege access, work inside your own cloud environment, and no client data retained after an engagement ends. We are familiar with SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements and can work within regulated environments.

Cloud-native builds that connect to what you already run: spreadsheets, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, your CRM, and anything with a modern API. No vendor lock-in, and no monthly seats for features you do not use.

Small businesses, typically 1 to 50 people, often without a dedicated data or IT function. That is where practical data and AI investments return the most relative to what they cost.
