HadcoPro Support

HadcoPro is the project app for Hadco Builders’ project managers and homeowners: schedules, field logs, photos, change orders, selections, documents and signing, on your iPhone and on the web. Altitude Digital Solutions builds and runs it for Hadco Builders.

Contact support

Email alec@altitudedigitalsolutions.com. We usually reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern).

It helps to include your app version (at the bottom of the Account tab, or in Profile), what you were doing, and a screenshot if you have one.

Questions about your project itself (dates, prices, selections, a change order) are best sent to your Hadco Builders project manager.

Getting access

HadcoPro is invite-only. Hadco Builders creates your account and emails you a temporary password. The first time you sign in, the app asks you to choose your own password.

Building with Hadco and don’t have an invite yet? Ask your project manager to set you up.

Signing in and passwords

  • Sign in with the email address Hadco has for you.
  • Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, or go to hadcobuilders.com/pro/forgot-password. We’ll email you a reset link that works for one hour.
  • To change your password while signed in, open Account (or Profile) › Security › Change password.
  • You stay signed in on your iPhone until you sign out or haven’t used the app for 30 days.

Face ID lock

Turn on Lock with Face ID under Security in the Account or Profile tab. The app then asks for Face ID (or your passcode) when it opens and when you return after 30 seconds away. If Face ID isn’t set up on your iPhone, set it up in iOS Settings first. Stuck at the lock screen? Sign out from it and sign back in with your password.

Notifications

Choose which updates reach you by email or push under Notifications in the Account or Profile tab. If push notifications aren’t arriving, check iOS Settings › HadcoPro › Notifications. Everything is also listed in the app itself.

Reviewing and signing

Homeowners review change orders and sign contract amendments in the Decisions tab. The first time, the app asks you to agree to receive records electronically. You then review the document, type your name and confirm with Face ID or your passcode. Hadco countersigns next, and your signed copy, with its signature certificate, is saved under Documents.

Prefer paper? Withdraw your consent under Electronic signatures in the Profile tab, and Hadco will send documents to sign on paper or as a PDF. You can also upload a signed PDF from the contract screen.

Photos and uploads

  • The app asks for camera and photo access the first time you add a photo. If you said no, turn it on in iOS Settings › HadcoPro.
  • Photos are resized on your iPhone before upload, so they go up quickly on cellular.
  • If an upload fails, check your signal and try again.

If the app is slow or offline

Early in the morning, the first request can take up to 15 seconds while the server wakes up. Give it a moment and try again. With a weak signal the app still shows what you viewed in the last 24 hours; saving new work needs a connection.

Deleting your account

Tap Request account deletion at the bottom of the Account or Profile tab, or email us. Your account is deactivated right away and deleted within 30 days. Documents you signed and other project records stay part of Hadco’s records, as the privacy policy explains.

Devices

  • iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later.
  • No Android app yet. On any phone or computer, use the web portal at hadcobuilders.com/pro.
