Overview

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company had no analytics infrastructure. Their team was querying production Postgres directly and building one-off reports. We built a scalable data platform that separated analytics from production.

The Challenge

Direct production queries were slowing down their app and producing inconsistent metrics across teams. The CEO and sales team had three different definitions of ARR.

Our Solution

We set up BigQuery as the analytics warehouse, built Fivetran connectors for Salesforce and Stripe, authored a dbt metrics layer with a single definition of every KPI, and delivered Looker dashboards for the executive team, sales, and customer success.
